‎ The Nike Golf Learning Center celebrates 10 years

Jason Petrie: We worked with him all along the way, and we try to build the shoes to where you’re not having to go break them in. We want them to feel great right out of the box. But, LeBron has these shoes months and months in advance before he puts them on the court. So, he already knows the feel of them. He had on the PS months ago. He was wearing the V2 before the regular season started. He knows what’s coming, and he is able to give us feedback. It may not be right at first just like the PS I was telling you about earlier. So, it gives us a chance to go back in and alter things. We want it to be perfect for him when it’s time to put it on the court.
The Nike Golf Learning Center at Reston National Golf Course is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2011 with a variety of events, clinics and demo days in April, May and June.
Designed by the legendary Ed Ault, Reston National Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-71 course.  The course will host the following events in upcoming weeks: The 10 year anniversary kick-off celebration is April 23; Golf Fitness Day is May 14; Nike Golf Day is May 15; Women’s Golf Day is June 4; and a Ladies Night Out event is June 23.
Nike Dunks: Many consumers obviously love LeBron’s signature line, and there are a lot of basketball players who praise the LeBron Soldier series just as much. If you continue to design multi-sneaker concepts for LeBron, do you think it will take away from the Soldier series or exclude it all at once?
High-flying Gold Medalist Andre Iguodala has struggled against the stacked Miami Heat, but he was still able to help the 76ers stand their ground this weekend, surviving to play yet another day. “The Other AI” has worn a variety of Nike csdunks all season, ranging from the Zoom Kobe VI to the Hyperdunk 2010. He’s also sported a number of Zoom Hyperfuse PEs, including this “Playoffs” colorway. A White upper sits over a red sole and sock liner, and royal blue is used for the Swoosh and collar logo. If Philadelphia is able to shock the world and get to the second round, expect to Iguodala to return to form and soar in these sneaks.
